Sheldon Frett made his film debut in 2014 opposite Academy Award Winner Viola Davis in the film Get On Up. Since then he has appeared in numerous other films and television shows.
Sheldon was born on Tortola, in the British Virgin Islands. An athlete from a young age, Sheldon was known for his extraordinary talents in track and field and basketball. He graduated with his Bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of Tampa.
Soon after graduation, Sheldon pursued his career in acting. He trained for three years with acting coach Kathy Laughlin, who was a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
After two years in the industry, Sheldon stepped away from filming to continue his training at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) where he obtained his Masters degree in Classical Acting for the Professional Stage.
